A new bookstore named "Tianya Books" opened at the End of the Earth (Tianya Haijiao) on June 1, becoming a new cultural landmark in Sanya.

The bookstore is arranged over two floors, surrounded by a full glass curtain wall structure. Visitors can gaze out at the beautiful sea view through the glass.
There are nearly 20,000 books in the bookstore, covering 1,800 topics. The reading area, with dozens of tables and chairs, is quiet and spacious.
The bookstore is equipped with a gift shop and a coffee bar. Visitors can buy local cultural and creative products and drink coffee while reading.

In addition, the bookstore also functions as a maker space, art gallery, creative market, and handicraft workshop. People can hold activities such as book clubs, talks and film screenings.
