Southwest University Sanya Middle School

Southwest University Sanya Middle School is a high-level, high-grade complete middle school founded by Southwest University and the Sanya Municipal Government on January 23, 2017. It was based on the former Hainan Provincial Farming Sanya Senior High School in accordance with the national requirements of education standardization. The school has 239 faculty members and staff. Forty percent of them have senior professional titles, 39 percent are young teachers from national key universities, and 16 percent have postgraduate and higher degrees.

The school is located at No. 92, Luobidong Road of Jiyang district, Sanya. The Sanya municipal government will invest 500 million yuan to build a brand-new campus covering an area of 175 mu (11.67 hectares) and a construction area of 100,000 square meters. The new campus is expected to have 54 classes (24 in high school, 12 in junior high school and 18 in junior vocational school). The school has a reasonable layout, complete functions and first-class facilities.
