On Dec 13 2020, Hengli Group and Hainan signed an agreement during a contract-signing ceremony held for the fourth batch of key projects in Hainan Free Trade Port. According to the agreement, Hengli Group will build Hengli International Hainan, Hengli Hainan Petrochemical Sales, Hengli Energy Hainan and Hainan Caihai Investment and Consultation, with the aim of developing a comprehensive headquarters base integrating a procurement center, a sales center, technology research and development, financial services, and talent cultivation.
