Sanya scenic spot selected as national night culture, tourism consumption cluster

Sanya Haichang Fantasty Town was selected as one of the 120 places in the first batch of national night culture and tourism consumption gathering clusters, according to the notice of Ministry of Culture and Tourism on Oct 19.

Created by Haichang Ocean Park, the Sanya Haichang Fantasy Town is an immersive marine-themed entertainment complex integrating cultural tourism, leisure and entertainment.

The scenic spot has 13 entertainment projects such as the ocean theater performance and the night float parade, and shows more than 30 different performances every day. It integrates the Maritime Silk Road culture, Hainan culture and marine culture as well as provides three commercial forms of entertainment, food and performing arts, which can meet the all-round leisure and entertainment needs of tourists.

A Sanya municipal bureau of tourism and culture official introduced that in the future, through the planning and construction of a number of night economic clusters with Sanya characteristics, Sanya will create night consumption landmarks to strengthen its night economy.
