Sanya unveils top 10 nighttime economy benchmarks

Sanya, Hainan's tourism resort city, released the names selected as its top 10 nighttime economy benchmarks. The campaign is an effort to boost Sanya's reputation as a national pilot city of cultural and tourism consumption.

The 10 places are: Sanya Luhuitou Scenic Area, Sanya Haichang Fantasy Town, Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex Phase II, Mangrove Tree Resort World Sanya Bay, Sanya Letian City, Sanya Huochetou Seafood Market, Yiheng Night Market, Yalong Bay Dongrong Food Plaza, YalongBay Outlets and Fenghuangling Park.

The campaign to organize this list was hosted by Sanya's tourism, culture, radio, television and sports bureau. Since its launch at the end of May, the selection process collected nearly 200,000 online votes. Three selection metrics were organized, namely: Sanya's 2022 Top 10 cultural tourism consumption, Sanya's 2022 Top 10 nighttime economic landmarks, and Sanya's 2022 top 10 urban characteristic tourism blocks.
