4th Hainan Island International Film Festival to host various forums

The organizing committee of the 4th Hainan Island International Film Festival has announced the forums arrangement for the festival. The forums will focus on the film industry in the free trade port as well as film technology, digital rights and many other film related subjects.

Some forums will focus on Hainan, including the Hainan Free Trade Port Summit, and the China Hainan Film Investment Summit. Other forums include the Documentary Image Forum, the Women's Film Forum, and the China Children's Film Industry Development Forum.

There will also be forums on technology and how it can develop the film industry, such as the International Summit on Digital Rights Management for Film and Television as well as the Digital Technology Forum.

As one of the key forum activities, the Hainan Free Trade Port Summit will discuss the construction of Hainan FTP and invite a number of senior experts and scholars in the industry to talk about how the construction of the FTP can empower the development of the film industry.

The first China Hainan Film Investment Summit will rely on the Hainan Island International Film Festival's resource platform, work with the Hainan Film and TV Industry Association, and invite more than 200 industry-leading enterprises to build a bridge for film and TV investments.

To highlight the characteristics of film technology, the Digital Technology Forum will invite experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences to deeply analyze national policies related to the digital economy industry.
