Lizhigou Education Industrial Park (including the Remote Sensing Information Industrial Park)

Lizhigou Education Industrial Park, located in Jiyang district, Sanya, is a provincial industrial park approved by Hainan provincial government in 2015. The construction within the planned land of the park is completed, with limited development space. 

In 2016, the remote sensing information industrial park was approved to be included in Lizhigou Education Industrial Park. Located in Tianya district, the remote sensing information park has a planned area of 29.3 hectares and a planned total construction area of 33.8 hectares. Project I land conversion from agricultural to non-agricutural was already approved. Project II land conversion from agricultural to non-agricultural is in progress. 

As for planning and authorizing, in February 13 2018,Sanyamunicipal government approved the Implementation of the Regulatory Plan of Tianya Township in Sanya, including the Core Area and the Remote Sensing Information Park. 

As for industrial positioning, Lizhougou Park focuses on remote sensing and related industries and developed Beidou industry(satellite navigation, mapping, big data services, cloud computing platforms), mobile internet, and information service outsourcing The first session of the remote sensing industrial park project covers an area of 29.26 hectares and has an estimated total investment of 2.5 billion yuan. The construction plan consists as the 4 following areas:scientific and technological research and development office area, incubator and academic conference center, exhibition area, as well asliving facilities. 

As for investment and output, up until now, the total investment of the remote sensing information industrial park has exceeded 100 million yuan, and its total income of 2018 amounted to 46.15 million yuan.

As for business attraction, the park is contructed and attract business at the same time. The park has introduced and incubated 75 corporations, such asHainan Aerospace Hongtu Technology Corporation, Hainan Future Astronavigation Technology Corporation, Hainan Weinaxingkong Corporation, Hainan Aerospace Zhike Corporation and Sanya Hailanhuanyu Ocean Information Technology Corporation, basically including satellite remote sensing information whole industry chain.
