Sanya Digital Economy Industrial Park

Sanya Digital Economy Industrial Park is a provincial-level priority zone and one of the city's four core flagship parks. Managed by Sanya Science &Technology Investment Group, the park provides modern office spaces, state-of-the-art facilities, and comprehensive services to promote digital innovation.

Located 800 meters from Yalong Bay Rail Station and adjacent to the G98 Expressway, it provides a 15-minute drive to the upscale amenities of Yalong and Haitang bays, and is just 30 minutes from downtown Sanya, a tropical hub with 170 air routes and 59 visa-free countries. 

The park covers 6,451 mu (430.07 hectares) following a "one park, multiple zones" model: the 5,616-mu Information &Creativity Zone in Yalong Bay and the 835-mu CEC Information Port in Haitang Bay. 

Rooted in Sanya's strengths, the park targets four core digital pillars: digital trade - enhancing channels and goods through ICT-driven marketing, settlement, and cross-border flows; digital services - transforming retail with AI, VR, and AR to deliver hyper-personalized experiences; digital culture and tourism - capitalizing on smart-tourism data for revenue streams in e-sports, immersive travel, and tradable data assets; and digital infrastructure - implementing 5G, big data, AI, new-energy solutions, and unmanned systems while upgrading existing public works.
