A yacht from Malaysia arrived in Sanya, Hainan province on Nov 19, making it the first foreign yacht to enjoy the guarantee-free policy of Hainan Free Trade Zone.
The policy was announced in June to support the opening-up of the zone. Thanks to the policy, a total of 2.14 million yuan ($325,402) in guarantee deposits for overseas boats visiting the area has been exempted.
