According to the Sanya bureau of tourism, culture, radio, television, and sports, Sanya tourist attractions have won a number of national honors recently, a testament to the accomplishments of tourist sites in improving service quality and promoting the construction of a national civilized city.
The National Tourism Standardization Technical Committee announced that 47 units qualified as national civilized tourism demonstration units. The Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone in Sanya, Hainan province was among them. As a national 5A-level tourist attraction, Sanya Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone attaches great importance to the creation of civilized units, and has won various titles such as National Civilized Scenic Spots Demonstration Site and National Civilized Scenic Spots.
The Wuzhizhou Island Tourist Zone in Sanya was listed as a 2021 national-level sports and leisure service standardization pilot unit, one of two units in Hainan province to be selected after approval by the Standardization Administration of the PRC.
In order to promote the development of night culture and tourism economy, and better meet growing demand for a better life, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism recently announced the first group of national night culture and tourism consumption clusters. Sanya Haichang Fantasy Town was among those listed.
