Sanya downtown areas postpone controlled management

Based on the current COVID-19 pandemic situation and in order to take control of the virus' transmission, the Sanya COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control headquarters has decided to postpone controlled management in the downtown area to 24:00 pm on April 8.

The controlled areas are to the east of Maling, to the west of Yingbin Hutong and the Zhuluoling Tunnel, as well as to the south of the G98 Expressway. People in the area that need to enter or leave any enterprise premises, institutions, public places, communities, villages, and residences should have a negative nucleic acid certificate obtained within 24 hours and the nucleic acid sampling record of the day.

According to the requirement of the Sanya COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters, the city's indoor business venues should continue to be closed and public transportation should be suspended until 24:00 pm on April 8. In addition, students in secondary vocational schools, kindergartens, as well as primary and secondary schools should suspend their return to school. The time when operations are resumed will be released based on the COVID-19 epidemic situation.
