Sanya introduces Russian language bus stop signs

In a bid to make traveling in Sanya more convenient for Russian visitors, Sanya Bus Group has upgraded 76 bus stop signs near popular tourism attractions, such as Dadonghai Square, Summer Shopping Mall, Jiyang Market, West Island, and Yalong Bay Forest Tourist Area, by adding Russian language annotations.

"Go Sanya! This is very convenient. We no longer risk taking the wrong bus or missing our stop," said Anna, a Russian tourist.

Moreover, an increasing number of shops in Sanya are adding Russian language signage. Bilingual signs and Russian language labels are almost everywhere, making it much easier for Russian tourists to shop and engage in other leisure activities.

"Over the years, we have organized training in the Russian language for drivers and conductors so that they can better communicate with Russian tourists. The launch of Russian language annotations on bus stop signs not only reflects how much we value Russian tourists but also demonstrates Sanya's openness and inclusivity as an international tourist city," said a representative of Sanya Bus Group.
