Sanya introduces luggage storage, delivery service for tourists

In a bid to enhance the quality of tourism services, Sanya has rolled out a luggage storage service in collaboration with SF Express, offering luggage storage and delivery services from airport and railway station to hotels and scenic spots.

Starting Jan 23, tourists can place orders in-person. The one-stop luggage storage service works as follows: upon arrival at the Sanya Phoenix International Airport or the Sanya Railway Station, visitors can scan and place orders for luggage delivery at the designated spot, with SF Express ensuring swift and punctual delivery to hotels based on the guests' timing preferences. When leaving Sanya, guests can place orders at the hotel and leave their luggage at the front desk. SF Express will collect the luggage and deliver it to the airport or railway station.

"Over 105 hotels in the city are currently part of this service. We plan to expand the service to all A-level tourist attractions and hotels across the city, establishing a two-way delivery network between airports/railway stations and hotels/attractions, freeing travelers from the burden of heavy luggage and improving their experience," said Xie Zhaosheng, head of Hainan SF Express.
