Vice mayor

He Shigang, male, born in July 1972, is an ethnic Han from Sanya, Hainan province. He has a full-time university diploma and received a bachelor’s degree in law. A non-partisan, he joined the workforce in March, 1996. He is currently Vice-Mayor of the Sanya Municipal People’s Government.
