Fan Mu, male, born in December 1978, is from Xiushui county, Jiujiang, Jiangxi province. He has a full-time postgraduate diploma and received a Master’s degree in engineering. He joined the workforce in July 2003 and the Communist Party of China in December 2004. He is currently a member of the Leading Party Members Group and Secretary General of the Sanya Municipal People's Government, as well as Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group and Director of the Sanya Municipal People's Government Office.
