Chen Kebo, male, Han ethnicity, born in March 1984. Chen holds a bachelor's degree in engineering. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently a member of the leading Party members' group and vice-mayor of the Sanya municipal people's government.

Chen is responsible for the supervision of State-owned assets, science and technology, industry, information technology, commerce, ports, and investment promotion.
