Fan Mu
Vice-mayor
Fan Mu, born in December 1978, Xiushui county, Jiangxi province, is of Han ethnicity. Fan holds a masters of engineering and is a member of the Communist Party of China.
Fan currently serves as the vice-mayor of the Sanya municipal people's government.
