CDF Offshore Duty-free Shopping Festival kicks off in Sanya

The third China Duty Free Group (CDF) Hainan Offshore Duty-free Shopping Festival kicked off on July 6. During the three-month event, retailers will offer big discounts and shopping coupons both online and at duty-free stores in Hainan province.

Organized by CDF, five duty-free shopping complexes in Hainan province will attend the events, including Sanya International Duty-Free City, Sanya Phoenix International Airport Duty-Free Shop, Haikou Riyue Plaza Duty-Free Shop, Haikou Meilan Airport Duty-Free Shop and Qionghai Boao Duty-Free Shop.

The festival integrates the tourism resources of strategic partners such as Estee Lauder, China UnionPay, Joyful Airlines and Marriott Hotel Group, and will launch a series of activities from July to September.

In July, a "TikTok competition" and a "fashion season" will be held. In August, marketing activities such as the "CDF handbag shopping festival" and "children's traveling season in summer vacation" will be launched. In September, a seventh anniversary activity will arouse enthusiasm for duty-free shopping.

In addition, customers can use discount coupons acquired through e-commerce platforms and scanning QR codes.
