Sanya airport optimizes transfer services

Sanya Phoenix International Airport recently optimized its passenger transfer services by eliminating unnecessarily complicated stopover procedures and improving service quality.

The airport currently has 16 transit agents and 17 transit cities. As part of the changes, transfer baggage is now marked with yellow and is sent directly to the passenger's destination, greatly reducing the amount of time needed to transfer.

An official at Sanya Phoenix International Airport said that in the future, the airport will increase coordination with airlines, further expand the scope of transit services, and take measures to reduce transit time and improve customer satisfaction.
