Lu Yi, male, Han ethnic group, was born in October 1971, received a bachelor's degree of arts, and a member of the Communist Party of China.

He is currently a member of the leading Party members' group of the Sanya municipal people's government, vice-mayor of Sanya municipal people's government, secretary of the CPC Sanya Municipal Committee, director and chief inspector of the Sanya municipal public security bureau, and concurrently the deputy secretary of the commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Sanya Municipal Committee.
