Sheng Yongjun, Han ethnic group, male, was born in November 1970, received a master's degree from the Party School of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee, and he is a member of the Communist Party of China.
He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sanya Municipal Committee, deputy secretary of the leading Party members' group of the Sanya municipal people's government, vice-mayor of Sanya municipal people's government, and director of the commission for intergrated military and civilian development of the CPC Sanya Municipal Committee.
