Construction of Sanya Helian CBD progresses

Currently, 98 percent of the construction of earthworks for the Sanya Helian Central Business District project has been completed, while the construction of engineering piles and bottom slabs has all been finished. The project is expected to be accomplished in 2024.

The project is designed by Benoy Architects, a leading British architecture firm. It covers an area of about 49.43 mu (3.3 hectares), with a total construction area of 165,000 square meters. It consists of two parts: an office tower and a commercial podium.

The project has continued to make steady progress in its construction since its groundbreaking in 2021. The project aims to become a representative central business cluster and a leading international tourism consumption center in Sanya.
