Sanya launches free shuttle bus service from airport to hotels

Ctrip Group's Hainan branch recently introduced the "airport to hotels" free shuttle bus service in Sanya, offering visitors a more convenient travel experience.

Demand for convenient transportation among upscale hotel guests in Sanya stands at 65 percent. In response, Ctrip Group's Hainan branch collaborated with over 60 upscale hotels to launch the free shuttle bus service. More than 60 upscale hotels in areas like Sanya Bay, Yalong Bay, and Haitang Bay have already launched this service.

This initiative not only eases the financial burden of transportation costs for visitors but also boosts the hotels' reputation, occupancy rates, and visitor satisfaction.

Sanya has designated 2025 as the year for enhancing tourism service quality. It has introduced measures such as inbound tourism facilitation, payment convenience, and tourism service facilitation to elevate overall service quality and tourism consumption appeal. Ctrip's free shuttle bus service launch aligns with these initiatives as a significant step in response to the call for improved tourism service quality.
