Sanya welcomes new 4A-level tourist attraction

On Dec 19, Hainan province announced that the Sanya Red Detachment of Women Performing Arts Park had been designated a national 4A-level tourist attraction.

Located on the east side of the Binglang River in the Tianya district of Sanya, it has great geographical advantages and excellent transport accessibility. It’s a comprehensive attraction that combines  cultural tourism, specialty performances, themed amusements, educational tours and shopping.

The park features the grand live show the Red Women's Army, which  portrays heroic stories of Chinese women in the 1930s through a combination of dance, martial arts and tales of the Li and Miao ethnic groups. Leveraging real scenery and cutting-edge stage techniques, the show is said to be great entertainment.

To top it off, the park features themed amusement facilities and experiences, including the music fountain square, the Silk Road cultural and creative experience center and a parent-child park – ensuring a delightful experience for visitors of all ages throughout the year.
