2 Sanya eateries earn 'Black Pearl' accolade

On Jan 6, the "2025 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide" was unveiled in Nanchang, Jiangxi province, spotlighting two Sanya restaurants as Black Pearl One Diamond establishments.

The Tea House at Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort and Haijiaoxuan at Mandarin Oriental Sanya secured this prestigious title with their exceptional culinary finesse, top-tier service, and dedication to premium ingredients. These pioneering venues are the first in Hainan and only in Sanya to earn this recognition.

The guide, a benchmark for upscale dining in China, evaluates cuisine, service, heritage, innovation, and the fusion of tradition with modernity, embodying a pursuit of high-quality living.

Tea House at Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort offers Cantonese cuisine and delicate dim sum crafted from Hainan ingredients. Head Chef Master Lyu, blending Xuzhou and Hainan influences, expertly revitalizes local flavors with traditional Cantonese seasoning and modern techniques.
