Sanya to set up 1st beer production base

On July 5, the Sanya investment promotion bureau, Tianya district people's government, and Pabst Blue Ribbon signed an agreement to establish the Pabst Blue Ribbon Sanya Digital Production Base and Hainan Free Trade Port Headquarters in Tianya district, which will serve as Sanya's first beer production base.

Pabst Blue Ribbon will rely on Hainan FTP's many advantages to build the digital production base, boosting the digital and tourism industries in Sanya and expanding into the Hainan and Southeast Asian markets. The initial phase will feature a 100,000-kiloliter production line, with a second line planned upon operation of the first.

The project aims to utilize digital and intelligent technologies, reduce costs through free trade port policies, and is expected to be operational by next year. It will support the growing demand for Pabst Blue Ribbon in Hainan and promote the integration of industry and tourism in Sanya.
