Sanya prepares various activities to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival

As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, tourism city Sanya is gearing up for exciting activities to celebrate the festive season.

West Island Eco-Art Festival is set to welcome tourists to experience the folk customs of fishermen from Sept 15 to 17, while the Dadonghai Scenic Area is poised to show on a cosplay carnival. Tourists can also visit exciting exhibitions at the Sanya CBD Museum of Art and Jinhope Art Center.

Shopping centers, including CDFG Sanya International Duty-Free Complex, Hainan Tourism Duty-Free Shopping Complex Sanya, and CNSC Sanya International Duty-free Plaza, will launch discounts and activities to celebrate the festival.

In the picturesque settings of Yazhou Culture Park and Luhuitou Park, an array of activities incorporating traditional cultural elements are set to be staged. These include a hanfu garden party, a Guofeng market, and a moon worship custom experience.

In addition, various hotels in Sanya anticipate launching mid-autumn-themed activities and discounts to welcome the influx of tourists.
