In the 75 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, Sanya has undergone a tremendous transformation from a small fishing village to a modern coastal tourist city.

The once bustling Sanya Port, filled with fishing boats, has now transformed into a marina for yachts. The once dusty Yuya Road is now lined with skyscrapers, well-connected by transportation networks with a constant flow of vehicles. The city’s rapid evolution is witnessed by comparing old and new photos.
