Sanya-Bangkok flight route resumes operation

Sanya Phoenix International Airport resumed its Sanya-Bangkok international route on Nov 21.

Operated by Thai Lion Air, the inaugural flight took off at 02:13 am. This is the first Thai commercial passenger route to resume at Sanya airport.

This route will have one flight per week on Tuesdays. The inbound flight, with flight number SL8812, departs Bangkok at 00:05 am and arrives in Sanya at 02:20 am. The outbound flight, with flight number SL8813, departs Sanya at 03:20 am and arrives in Bangkok at 05:45 am.

Sanya airport has resumed eight international and regional routes so far, namely to Hong Kong, Seoul, Jakarta, Hanoi, Almaty, Astana, Busan, and Bangkok.
