2024 Asian Seed Conference to be held in Sanya

Sanya has been named as the host city for the 2024 Asian Seed Conference.

The 2023 Asian Seed Conference recently commenced in Christchurch, New Zealand, attracting over 1,100 representatives from countries such as Russia, Germany, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, and Japan.

As per tradition, a delegation from Sanya participated in the conference, where representatives participated in the passing of the flag ceremony.

From Nov 19 to 24, Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City has organized an exhibition that showcases the Hainan Free Trade Port's policies at the conference. These policies focus on industrial development, preferential policies, and investment opportunities.

The Asian Seed Conference, an annual event organized by the Asia and Pacific Seed Association (APSA), serves as a vital platform for exchanges and collaborations in the international seed industry. The event is also utilized to showcase the latest achievements and technologies in seed production.

Sanya's selection as the host city for the 2024 Asian Seed Conference highlights China's accomplishments in the global seed industry.

This opportunity will contribute to Sanya's position as Nanfan Silicon Valley.
