Sanya Economic Circle to accelerate integrated development

Lin Haining, a member of Hainan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and chairman of the Sanya municipal committee of CPPCC, has recently offered suggestions to accelerate the integrated development of the Sanya Economic Circle.

"Hainan is currently at a critical juncture for constructing a free trade port and a window of opportunity for high-quality development. The Sanya Economic Circle should seize new development opportunities, accelerate integrated development, and take on the responsibility for high-quality development," said Lin.

Lin noted that in recent years, various cities and counties within the Sanya Economic Circle have coordinated the development of four major leading industries, promoting the coordinated development of sectors such as tourism, tropical agriculture and technology, and deep-sea technology.

Lin observed that over the past few years, multiple cities and counties situated within the Sanya Economic Circle have collaborated to advance four pivotal industries. This concerted effort aims to foster the synchronized progress of key sectors including tourism, tropical agriculture, technology, and deep-sea exploration.

In response, Lin proposed four suggestions, including emphasizing regional coordinated development to jointly promote the construction of the Hainan FTP, advancing integrated development in areas such as planning for key sectors of investment and financing systems, infrastructure construction, public services, social security, and ecological environment governance, as well as actively promoting various policies, measures and successful experiences in promoting the integrated development of the Sanya Economic Circle to create a favorable publicity atmosphere.
