Sanya welcomes winter tourism peak season

The winter tourism peak season in Sanya has begun recently. Tourists are flocking in to bask in the sunshine and sandy beaches, with major attractions bursting at the seams as the tourism frenzy continues to rise.

The daily number of visitors at the Wuzhizhou Island tourist area in Sanya has exceeded 10,000. To attract more young tourists, the area has introduced the "Diving Blind Box" project, allowing visitors to randomly experience different levels of diving packages, with the chance to unlock the novel experience of swinging on an underwater swing.

With the approach of the Spring Festival and the winter holidays, family trips and parent-child tours have become the top choices for many families. Responding to this market demand, Wuzhizhou Island has created an adorable pet area, allowing children to interact closely with small animals in the rainforest. In collaboration with Ubisoft from France, they have set up a new immersive island art exhibition, bringing more surprises to families and young visitors.

Sanya has intensified its innovation and promotion efforts in tourism products as the tourism market continues to heat up. The Sanya River has launched a sightseeing boat project, the West Island Marine Cultural Tourist Area has introduced special Spring Festival parties, and major parks and beaches are filled with tourists seeking leisure and vacation.

To cope with the peak tourist season, Sanya's major attractions have increased the number of staff and the intensity of order maintenance. Additionally, major parks and beaches have added facilities such as trash cans and signs to guide visitors to travel responsibly and care for the environment.
