Sanya Rose Festival 2025 blooms with romance

Sanya will host its 2025 Rose Culture Festival from April 9 to 18, turning the city into a romantic hub that blends culture, tourism, and industry.

Capitalizing on its thriving tropical rose industry, the festival aims to cultivate an integrated "romantic economy" ecosystem - spanning from individual blossoms to the city's overall charm - further enhancing Sanya's appeal as a global tourism destination.

Visitors can look forward to a variety of highlights, including citywide rose-themed parades, interactive art installations, pop-up concerts, and limited-edition rose-infused beverages crafted by local brands.

The festival will feature seven signature events, such as an opening ceremony, matchmaking gatherings, yacht parties, and floral art exhibitions, solidifying Sanya's reputation as a "Capital of Love". By fostering emotional connections through urban vibrancy, the event also aims to promote cultural innovation within the Hainan Free Trade Port.
