Sanya's athletes shone brightly across various events, including the sprints, middle and long-distance races, jumping events, throwing events and relay events.
Standout performers like Zhang De, Guo Zeting, He Daosheng and Zou Junhao clinched individual titles.
The team dominated the relay events, securing victories in the women's 4x100m, women's 4x400m and mixed relay races.
They also collected over 10 silver and bronze medals, with a swag of athletes finishing in the top three — reflecting an extremely well-rounded and impressive level of competition.
Overall, the competition really highlighted the success of Sanya's talent development, as several team members achieved athlete classification standards based on their performance.
Zou Junhao reached the national first-class athlete standard in the 400m, while He Daosheng (long jump), Wu Yating (400m), Zhang De (800m), Mo Ruolan (100m hurdles race, 100m) and Liu Jiaxin (200m) all met the national second-class athlete standards.
Their achievements underscored the solid foundations and outstanding results of Sanya's athletics talent development program.
