As the weather cleared by Sept 15, the entire city of Sanya had a fresh, renewed look, despite continuous heavy rainfall from Sept 12 to 14. The streets were free of rainwater and roads clean and shiny. Trees, refreshed by the rain, appeared lush and vibrant as ever.

As calm returned, life quietly resumed. The hum of traffic created a lively backdrop as businesses reopened to welcome customers — the sidewalks filled with the cheerful sounds of footsteps and laughter. By the sea, gentle waves lapped the shore, and the breeze rustled through the coconut palms, bringing back the city's familiar vibe.

During the storm, the city pulled together. Sanitation, traffic police, emergency services, and landscaping teams worked through the night to clear debris, drain water, remove fallen branches, and check for hazards.
In no time, Sanya's transportation was back to normal, parks were green and tidy, and the city's appearance was orderly and clean.
Scenic spots by the mountains and sea were as beautiful as ever, and locals and tourists could move about freely.
