Yang Junjian, born in October 1976, is an ethnic Han. He has an on-the-job college degree, and is a member of the Communist Party of China.

He is currently a member of the leading Party members' group and secretary-general of the Sanya municipal people's government, and secretary and director of the leading Party members' group of Sanya municipal people's government office.
