Xiang Yihai

Xiang Yihai, a male of Han ethnicity, was born in March 1975. He holds an in-service postgraduate degree in public administration and is a member of the Communist Party of China.

He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sanya Municipal Committee, as well as a member of the leading Party members group and vice-mayor of the Sanya municipal people's government.
