Sanya acts to build 1st-class business environment

The Sanya municipal business environment construction bureau has recently led the draft of a document outlining 58 reform measures in five key areas to comprehensively optimize the business environment in Sanya.

The document aims to provide warm and efficient services for enterprises, foster inclusivity, innovation, and sustainability, establish the Sanya business brand, and promote the high-quality development of market entities.

It has proposed piloting the "commitment + cloud verification" mechanism for food business operation permits to enhance the convenience of permit processing further. It also aims to consolidate the achievements of the "fee-free zone" construction in Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City.

Furthermore, there is a focus on providing high-level services for both attracting foreign investment and supporting local businesses' international expansion. This includes increasing efforts to attract and utilize foreign investment and attracting and retaining more high-quality foreign resources and projects to enhance the global market competitiveness of Sanya enterprises.

The document also emphasizes the need to improve the complaint mechanism for foreign-invested enterprises, regularly convene forums for foreign-invested enterprises, and strengthen foreign investment protection. It also calls for innovative customs supervision service models to achieve real-time reporting, real-time review, and real-time approval, continuously reducing the customs clearance time for enterprises.

In addition, the plan includes measures to improve international talent service facilities, create a global talent promotion IP for the science and technology city, and continue to promote the construction of innovative projects for global talents to enhance the level of international talent services.
