In Hainan province the first five duty-free stores for daily consumer goods officially opened on Feb 11 in Haikou, Sanya and Danzhou cities — drawing large crowds of shoppers and creating a bustling atmosphere.
Residents and international tourists said the openings offered them huge convenience, further enhancing their overall shopping experience.
